Having worked with Blue-chip organisations like Xerox for a decade, Airtel for one and half decades moving on to Singtel as the Country MD and then Hitachi as Global Services Head pushing the Digital Transformation Agenda. A strategist with expertise in leading large sales & marketing operations -ensuring optimal resource utilisation. Deep experience in greenfield and startup activities – launched a consulting practice in Manpower and launched the fixed line business at Bharti. Experience in Strategic Transformation for companies like: Mondeleze, TACO, TCS, GE Shipping, Crest Digital etc.

Girish is a career Banker with cross functional experience covering business, risk and product management. While he has an eye for detail which has helped him administer and organize large operations and teams with ease, his ability to adapt and foresee, allowed him to set-up and scale new Business Units/ Ventures. An inquisitive and intuitive mind, he asks a lot of questions and answers even more. Through his 25 years career, he has headed business units, managed P&L,  developed strategy, written policies & developed products, built and re-engineered processes across the lending domain. After a successful Corporate innings he started an entrepreneurial venture and after getting it to a scale he moved out of the executive role to mentor and advise other budding entrepreneurs and start-ups.

Manjit is a veteran in the power sector with a rich experience across its value chain and covering the entire life cycle of its assets.  He has a unique blend of technical and commercial skills through his association with conglomerate and Fortune 500 companies like Tata Power, Reliance industries, Enercon India and Inox Wind Ltd. He has built and operated a combined capacity of 1000+ MW of Thermal,Hydro, Gas and Wind power plants. To his major credits,he has significantly enhanced growth, reduced costs,improved business process efficiencies in O&M business and acquired a controlling stake in a multi-brand wind services company.  He believes that continuous self learning and development as a leader, team building, operation excellence and digital transformation are the key drivers for an all-inclusive and sustainable growth.

Mohammed Shafeeq is an INSEAD alumni and an experienced Marketing and Communications professional with 27 years of International experience. He worked across different markets: India, APAC, China, Middle East & Africa and Eastern Europe with diverse cultures and people. 

He brings vast experiences in driving b2b marketing activities and has the pulse to drive engagements which can generate not only leads and also open the doors for the CxO dialogue to build the sales pipeline. When it comes to customer and 3rd party events his ability to position the company and its portfolio is commendable. 

He has helped many leaders, to build their credibility outside the company by finding right opportunities in various forums to talk, getting media interviews, drafting their scripts, conducting rehearsals and provide 1:1 feedback post the activity to improvise.

He further mentor start-ups and work with them very closely to create their pitch deck, support to raise funds and further position their portfolio in the Indian market and help them meet their milestones to achieve profitability.

Previously he worked with telco giants- Bharti Airtel, Reliance Infocomm, Ericsson, Huawei and now with Nokia Networks. In his free time he loves to cook different cuisines for his family, watching cricket and a big Dhoni fan.

Sonali Kohli Mehra is the Founder of the organisation. Early in her career she envisioned herself as an Interface or the connector between two employees, team members, employer and employees, the organisation and the world around. She trained at Ranbaxy laboratories as part of her Post Graduation in Psychology from Delhi University with a specialisation in Organisation Behaviour. She is a believer in continuous learning and over the years has continued to upgrade with the latest being a Certified Coach from ICF. She has traversed both the corporate sector and academia. 

While in the corporate space she managed large teams and handled HR for prestigious organisations like Xerox Corporation (Then Modi Xerox), Business Standard Ltd, PricewaterhouseCoopers, etc. She has set up HR departments from scratch and was also involved in large Human resource merger projects. Moving to the academic space she began as an Associate in S P Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, and was finally handing the entire Career Services for the instituton. At IMT Ghaziabad she had a successful stint managing career Advisory Services. As a corporate profession moving to the academia she understood what the corporate sector wanted of the student community that they hired from. She has nurtured and helped hone the talent of many students since the early days of her career.  She also teaches Managerial Skills a practitioner oriented course at few prestigious colleges in the country. People and people development is close to her heart and so she is coaching, consulting and counselling students on Career and Life matters. Another matter close at heart is Women and their professional growth for which she does pro bono work.
