1.  We work one on one with the client 

2.  Life Coaching can be self sponsored or organisation sponsored.

1.  Students and parents are required to attend the first session which is an exploratory and context setting session.

2.  Exploratory and information sessions are for 6-10hours and can be spread over a few days with a 45 minutes to a1 hour session at a time 

3.  SOP'S and LOR's may require time and repeat sessions

4.  Profile Building and writing is also provided on a one on one basis.
