We went to Sonali a few months before our daughter was required to select her subjects for class 11&12 in CBSE.   The subject choice would certainly have a bearing on her future after-school education options as well. So we felt it was only wise to expose her to varied businesses and careers at this stage. Sonali did an excellent job. More than anything, she was also able to get the child thinking of the nature of each career and how it would influence her larger work and personal life. She was also able to gauge the strength areas and list out careers that would need those skills and therefore, provide the child a natural edge at work.   What my daughter liked about the sessions was the non formal set up, freedom of conversation and collaborative decision making. She owns the decisions she made and that makes it very easy for us parents to facilitate the process.  I keep going back to Sonali for advise. She's been available everytime I have called. Working with mentors and advisors is something every clever CEO of a startup would do in order to gain wisdom, industry insights, business strategy know-how, motivation, and support on his way. Ashish was my instructor for a  growth and transformational program. He adopts a socrates style of teaching which was very effective for me because it let me build on my past experiences and knowledge rather than getting pushed in to an abstract area of theory. While the management consulting oriented program itself is transformative journey for professionals, without an able instructor like Ashish, I am certain my learning would have been suboptimal. Would like to share my experience  with Counsellor Sonali Kohli Mehra.  She took 3 detailed online sessions with my daughter and helped us to narrow down her choice of courses, very effectively . The first one was with the parents, in which she ensured that we were all on the same page.
